We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For Damaged Items:
If your order was damaged in transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. In transit, the damage will be covered by the carrier and must go through a claims process. Please keep all the packaging including the box and the packing inside. Please note, a picture or carrier inspection may be required to process the claim.
Returns for non-damaged products will be handled on an individual basis and must be approved by WeGotAutoPaint. A restocking fee of 20%, will apply if you received Free Shipping on your order when it shipping out to you and will be subtracted from your refund dollar amount. We also do not pay return shipping and we do not refund the original shipping cost from your order.
For returns, you must contact us by using either the Contact tab at the top of our homepage or giving us a call at 413-278-2612. Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase unless outlined below.
When you contact us, we will issue you an RMA number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package, and send it to:

Please Note: Items or Orders Returned without an RMA number will be discarded and a refund will not be processed.
Once we receive the item or order and verify the condition to be as stated in the RMA request we will then process your return.

Items not available for return or have a limited return time:
- Special order items, Closeouts, and other specially priced items cannot be returned.
- Custom mixed paints and custom built aerosol cans cannot be returned.
- Custom mixed bed-liner tints cannot be returned.
- Cartridge adhesives, sealers, foams, and fillers can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. A restocking fee will apply.
- Pinstripe tape, Protekto-Trim moldings, attachment tapes can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. A restocking fee will apply.
- Any item that the original packaging has been opened or damaged cannot be returned.
